Simply Recipes user “Elise” first fell in love with this mixed green salad dish at her neighborhood potluck and the recipe is now yours to enjoy!

The recipe combines a selection of mixed greens, such as our 3-in-1 Living Lettuce, as well as pecans, goat cheese, and a honey mustard vinaigrette. It’s just about as easy to make as it is delicious and won’t take you much longer than 10 minutes after baking the pecans.   • 1 lb mixed salad greens, including 3-in-1 Living Lettuce and fresh baby spinach
  • 4 ounces pecans, whole
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and cut into 1-2 inch thin slices
