All of our lettuce and leafy greens products are produced hydroponically in our greenhouses in enclosed and protected growing areas where we follow Good Agricultural and Good Manufacturing Practices to promote and maintain one of the cleanest growing environments in agriculture. Weed abatement, production area hygiene, feral animal and pest control measures bolstered by the physical barrier of the greenhouse help limit chances of product adulteration. Food safety training and re-enforcement for all of our employees, third party inspections by independent certified laboratories , internal self audits and an industry leading quality assurance program are all part of how we work to be Clean and Green.

Additionally in our state-of-the-art greenhouses we control light, temperature, humidity, and nutrients. By controlling these factors we can increase yields, shorten crop times and produce a uniquely uniform high-quality product on a year-round basis. Advanced integrated pest management techniques allow us to control harmful insect damage on our vegetables without the use of conventional pesticides or fungicides, in fact we use the same NOP and OMRI pest control techniques organic growers use.
